How to add widgets

Here’s how to create a page, add a dropdown widget, and edit the widget (for both Elementor and normal WordPress).

1) Create a new page

1. Go to WP Dashboard → Pages → Add New

2. Give a title (example: Contact / Umrah Packages / Tours)

3. Click Publish

4. If you use Elementor: click Edit with Elementor

2) Add a Dropdown widget

If you use Elementor

1. Open the page → Edit with Elementor

2. Drag a widget based on what you need:

✅ Option A (Simple dropdown field in a form)

• Use Contact Form 7 (or Elementor Form) and add a Select / Dropdown field.

• In Elementor Pro Form widget: add field type Select.

✅ Option B (Dropdown navigation menu)

• Drag Nav Menu widget

• Choose your menu

• Set layout to Dropdown / Dropdown indicator (depending on theme)

✅ Option C (Product/category filter dropdown)

• If this is WooCommerce / Tours filtering, you need a filter widget (depends on theme/plugin).

• Many themes have a Tour Filter widget only for specific templates.

If you use Normal WordPress (no Elementor)

1. Go to Appearance → Widgets

2. Add widget:

• Categories (has dropdown option)

• Product Categories (WooCommerce)

3. Enable Display as dropdown

4. Click Save
